READ CAREFULLY

• If your appointment requires travel, please CHECK the travel box (under 'add to your appointment') before selecting a date and time!
• If you are beyond 5 minutes late to your appointment, an additional $10 will be added to your total. If you are beyond 15 minutes, we will try and move your appointment to the next available time. If we are unable to do so, your appointment will be cancelled without refund.
• Please arrive with groomed brows. An additional $10 will be added to your total if you need a grooming service.
• Deposits are not optional neither are they refundable. Example, if you opt to pay your appointment "in full" this is your deposit which unfortunately, will not be refunded unless the artists is unable to complete the service.
• Client cancelled appointments will NOT be refunded. No exceptions.
• Please do NOT bring children or other guests with you to your appointment unless they too, are being serviced. Space is limited
• If paying in cash please bring the exact amount. Change may not be available.
• Please arrive to all appointments with a FRESH face. Please remove any excess makeup from the skin so that we may remain on time.
• Before and after photo/video are taken during sessions. If you wish to opt out, please SPECIFY in "additional comments"
