Health and Lifestyle Coaching Session
50 minutes personally devoted to you and and your health and lifestyle needs. We can get the heart rate elevated and go through a training session or you can sit down with a cuppa and talk about time management/nutrition/advice on how to reach a goal or how to take your training to the next level; anything that is important to you . . . the choice is yours.
