Gentle mindful movement and stillness practices to nourish and renew the body, mind and soul. Designed to balance the 'busy-ness' and stressors of day-to-day life.
Classes are intentionally small, allowing for a more personal experience. The 'movement' element is a creative fusion of hatha yoga, vinyasa, tai chi, qi gong and functional movement combined with the breath and the 'stillness' element, a deeply nourishing blend of breath work, meditation, yin and restorative yoga.
