Restorative Yoga classes combine aspects of Buddhist mindfulness practices and classical Yoga to create a deep experience of letting go. A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. This class helps to open the body, focus the mind & nourish the soul.
