Please make sure to read the following information below:
*If you have previous microblading or any other previous permanent make up from another artist that you are booking for, you MUST send pictures of your brows/etc to 978-267-7747 before and get approval. Must book a FULL SLOT--not a touchup/yearly.
*1-3 year color boosts are for previous clients only.
If you have any of the following, you are not be a good candidate for this treatment:
*Pregnant or Breastfeeding- NOT allowed
*Active acne on or close to the area being worked on! (risk of spreading bacteria)
*Allergies to topical anesthetics:lidocaine, benzocaine, epinephrine ( will have to do the treatment without)
*Keratosis, facial psoriasis, eczema or ANY skin conditions near the treated area (rashes, acne, sunburn, etc)
*If you have a transmittable blood disease such as HIV or hepatitis
*Accutane in the past year
*Viral infections and or/diseases
*Active cold sores
*Chemical peel, BOTOX or fillers in the last few weeks
*Medications, treatments or illness that compromises the immune system
*Chemotherapy/Radiation in the last 12 months
*Diabetes or any other medial conditions treated by a doctor (need doctors note of approval)
*Bleeding disorders or bleed very easily.
Booking Fee/Deposits are non refundable and non transferable to another person.
*There are no refunds on all services, gift certificates or packages (used or unused)*
( We will allow reschedules to different dates as long as you have given the required notice. More than one reschedule will result in another deposit)
We require 72 hour notice or more for cancellations/reschedules or you will be subject to lose booking fee and repay to book again. Possible additional fees may apply.
We require 7 days for cancels/reschedules for back to back appointments/multiple appointments.
If appointment is cancelled 24 hours or under--50% of service fee will apply.
No call/noshows or day of service cancellations will be subject to 100% service fee- no exceptions.
**IF you come to your appointment and have any of these restrictions above and/or not following pre care instructions, we reserve the right to cancel your service and charge fees appropriately listed above per our cancellation policy.**
If you CANCEL your appointment, the system will require you to re pay a deposit but it DOES go to the final cost (unless it wasn't in the guideline of our cancellation policy.
BUT --If you click reschedule right away, you won't have to repay a deposit.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork.

If you are 15 minutes LATE or longer, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge up to 100% of the appointment cost. We have clients back to back and we must be respectful to their appointments and also to our time.
Failure to follow all verbal and/or written advice for aftercare, healing and maintenance may be subject to termination as a client.
Please give adequate notice for any and all rescheduling. Many times we have to get child care so we need our time respected as much as yours.
