Policies

• I do NOT work over work I did not do.
• Please come with BARE nails. If you need any acrylic or gel polish removal please select the appropriate add on. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your appointment.
• Face masks are REQUIRED for every appointment. Please do not book if you are feeling sick.
• If your nails are damaged in any way please DM me asap. I genuinely care about the nail health of my clients and WILL NOT work over damaged nails.
• NO CALL/ NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED from making future appointments.
• Please limit the use of your phone during your appointment & keep your hands ABOVE the table.
• Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appt.
• All completed services are NON REFUNDABLE!
• NO EXTRA GUESTS‼️
• Appointment duriation times are ESTIMATES

Late Policy

• I always try my best to accommodate you if you're running late ( things happen , I know). However, your lateness can affect the remainder of my day by delaying me for my clients who come in on time. For this reason I have set a few guidelines for such situations: each client will receive a 4 minute grace period , anything after 5 minutes will result in a $5 late fee , 10 minutes = $10 late fee. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a cancellation or may be rescheduled (subject to availability)

Fees / Retainer Policy

• If you would like to book for an off day or time (any day or time that you do not see available) there will be a squeeze in fee of $30. Squeeze in fees are non refundable and do NOT go towards your balance. (The fee is separate from the retainer)
• If you need to book for an off day or time DM me directly.
• A $25 non refundable retainer is required to complete booking. The retainer is included in your total price. Retainer can be transferred only once (has to be within the same month).
• CASH or Zelle is required as final payment‼️
