In person or phone appts with Development Engineering Staff are available Wednesday mornings from 9-11 AM. Similar to Pre-Pandemic Open Counter hours, DE staff are available for civil engineering questions related to your project. Common topics include (but are not limited to) SAR, stormwater, road approaches, utility connections and availability, and geohazard areas. SAR questions are welcome, but no apps will be accepted. SAR apps are accepted via email only (at PWPermits@bainbridgewa.gov).

General Inquiries for a Building Inspector (free, virtual or phone)
• Speak with a building inspector about a project idea.
• Go over topics such as building code requirements or permit application submittals.
• Limited to 15 minutes.
