Consultation - Virtual Meeting Via Microsoft Teams
Meet with a city planner and development engineer to discuss your project. The purpose of the consultation is to discuss in general terms permit application questions. Staff will not prepare for the consultation nor will they produce written or electronic documentation of the discussion. As no permit application will have been submitted, the city will not make any binding commitments. The Director is authorized to deduct the fee from future land use permits if applied for within one year of the meeting.
Land Use Permit Applications and Preapplication Conference Requests - Via Telephone
Appointments are required for all land use permit applications, except tree removal applications. Preapplication conference requests begin with an initial document submittal appointment, followed by a conference with staff approximately three weeks later. Conference dates will be arranged during the submittal appointment. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unsure of the land use permit required for your project. Fees vary and are due at time of appointment.
Building Permit Application - Via Telephone
Solar, roofing, plumbing, and mechanical permits may be applied for online (Please go to the Online Permit Center.)
All other applications are accepted by appointment.
