60-minute QuickBooks virtual consultation for QuickBooks, desktop or online, via ZOOM with screen sharing. This option is for the end-user doing their own bookkeeping, but has run into a situation they would like some input on. For example, "Why are deposits doubled in my bank register? or "How do I match transactions in the bank feed?"

30-minute QuickBooks (desktop or online) phone consultation with a ProAdvisor. This is for the end-user doing their own bookkeeping, but has run into a situation they would like some input on. Client ZOOM Consultation (contracted clients only)

This is an Virtual meeting (using ZOOM) to discuss ongoing contracted bookkeeping services. If you need a longer meeting, please book multiple time slots. Once booked, I will send you a ZOOM invite.

QuickBooks Training

On-Site QuickBooks Training - Private Group of 6-20 participants (NOVA/MD/Washington DC metro area only)

7 hours @ $1,500.00

Northern VA area only - This group class will train you and your staff in all the basic functions and workflows of QuickBooks Online on-site at your office.

Two 3-hour sessions, with a 1-hour lunch break in between sessions.

The cost is $1500 for up to 12 participants, and includes workbook and other supplies for each participant.

Please make sure to have your office version of QuickBooks active and available at the time of class.

One-on-One Virtual QuickBooks Online Training (either Basic or Advanced, indicate preference when booking)

3 hours @ $495.00

Virtual QuickBooks training to prepare you to do your own bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. This is for individuals only. Price includes PDF handouts, and up to 1.5 hours of follow-up telephone support for the three months following training. Tailored to your specific industry, set up, and specific questions you may have. Held through ZOOM, and can be broken into two 1.5-hour sessions.

Small Group Virtual QuickBooks Online Training (either Basic or Advanced, indicate preference when booking)

3 hours @ $500.00

Virtual QuickBooks training to prepare you to do your own bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. This is for 3-5 participants only. Price includes PDF handouts, and up to 1.5 hours of follow-up telephone support for the three months following training. Tailored to your specific industry, set up, and specific questions you may have. Held through ZOOM, and can be broken into two 1.5-hour sessions.

One on One On-Site Basic QuickBooks Training - Northern VA area only

3 hours @ $550.00

On-Site QuickBooks training to prepare you to do your own bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. This is for individuals only. Price includes up to 1.5 hours of follow-up telephone support for the three months following training. Tailored to your specific industry, set up, and specific questions you may have. Held at my office during normal business hours only.
