PLEASE READ BOOKING POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY! By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to these terms.

Here are a few things to know before you appointment:

  • Due to COVID, please come with your mask on and refrain from bringing any additional guest with you. Space is limited. If you arrive with extra guests, who don't have an appointment, you will have to reschedule your appointment.
  • If your going to be late please notify me, I know things can happen. Call/Text 804-539-7955 to see if you still can come
  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • No KIDS ALLOWED unless being serviced.
  • Additional fee for detangling is at my discretion.

If you need a squeeze in appointment it’s an additional $70 added to the price

DEPOSITS
Deposit goes towards your service and can only be transferred ONE time, meaning it will only apply to rescheduling your appointment ONE time. After that, you must rebook and pay the deposit again.

PAYMENT

I only except cards(visa,mastercard,discovery,etc) cash and Apple Pay. No more Cash App


NEW CLIENTS

If the is your first time visit, or I haven't touched your hair over a year. You need to book the New Client Service. After that you don't have to book the service again unless it’s been over a year or longer again.

Color Services

DO NOT WASH your hair before color services within the 48 hours before the appointment (for your benefit) For safety reasons, please come with your hair fully detangled for the product application. Do not come with wet hair please. Detangling matted hair can add another 30-40 min to a 3-4 hour appointment, therefore inconveniencing everyone. This will require an additional fee to the appointment. If you need to wash your hair at home, please do so no later than 72 hours prior.

Please refrain from consistently scratching your scalp within that period as well.
You are REQUIRED to have a consultation at LEAST a day prior to the appointment. REQUIRED for new clients/hair I’ve never colored.


Price is subjected to change due to length of hair

EXTENSIONS

  • If you need hair bundles/extensions please text me with the length
  • If you need bundles colored before your service, hair must be dropped off at least 2-3 days before your appointment.
  • Tape In Extension you will need (60-100 pieces) depending on the length you get and the size of your head. This service isn’t for everybody
  • Additional fee for detangling is at my discretion.

There is an additional fee for hair past your shoulders for certain appointment

BRAIDS

  • Please don’t put oil or anything on the hair or scalp
  • I don’t do individual braids on Fridays or Saturdays (small, medium or smedium). Text me if you have a question
  • If you have a certain braid style you want please send pictures to my phone to see if I can do the style


CANCELLATIONS and NO SHOW

  • There is a 15 minutes grace period. If you don’t contact me if your going to be later then the 15 minutes. Please call/text. After that you must rebook your appointment
  • Last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of the appointment. If your card declines and you don’t respond to me when I call/text you. The full amount will be charged.
  • IF YOU DONT SHOW UP FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT THATS OWED
