BREATH WORK + MEDITATION :: “SATYA” IN SOBRIETY

Join Sam Ownby, recovery warrior + yoga teacher, ONCE A MONTH 4:oo - 5:30pm for a feminine sobriety gathering w/tea, breath work, discussion, meditation, + community.
We will discuss +meditate on a topic grounded in cultivating satya or truth seeking. This will be an exciting time of sharing healthy coping mechanisms with one another gaining insight + strength from the group. Sharing encouraged, but not required. Feminine identifying individuals that are alcohol free or curious about sobriety may join.

KUNDALINI YOGA is a blend of spiritual and physical practices, that incorporate series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome through kriyas. Practicing a kriya initiates a sequence of physical & mental changes that affect the body, mind, and spirit simultaneously.
