SOUND HEALING (MONTHLY)
Sound Healing is a way to help rebalance your energy using sound vibrations. During your experience you can hear sounds of drums, gongs, and bowls to help release anxiety, stress, and any energy you need to release.
Please bring a yoga mat and anything that will make you feel comfortable. Limited blanket and pillows are available for use at the studio.

Leslie Parks Bailey is a classically trained chef who specializes in the Farm to Table cuisine & educating you on how you can do this too. Leslie will meet you at the Carter Center Farmer's Market, demonstrating how to pick the best available produce, talk w/farmers & show you what vegetables, fruits, & herbs are from Ga for the season. After the tour we will return to Full Circle Studio where Leslie will show you a few recipes w/seasonal ingredients based on what we’ve acquired at the market
