Don't cancel and rebook, if you just want to change your appointment day or time. Better use the "change/reschedule" button on your confirmation page, so that you don't get double charged.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, no problem. You will be reimbursed the following day. If you cancel just 24 hours ahead, a 20% last minute cancellation fee will be charged, as you did not allow somebody else to have the spot.

No shows will be treated, as if you took the session and will not be reimbursed.
