If you are a first time client OR if it is your first time receiving a specific treatment, please make sure you select "NEW CLIENT" so you are able to fill out the consent form prior to your appointment. If you do not see that option, it does not apply to that service.
If this is your first time using the online booking system, please make sure you select "NEW CLIENT" as well.
