Adult Salt Session

Sit back and relax in our zero gravity chairs while surrounded by 17,000 pounds of imported Himalayan salt. Our salt rooms maintain a cool temperature of 68 to 72 degrees. Blankets are provided but guests are also welcome to bring their own. For your comfort while in the room we also provide warm neck pillows.

Our adult room seats 8. If this is your first session with us you will need to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork. If you are returning please arrive 5-10 mins early to get situated.

Breathwork

Breathwork Group Classes

45 minutes @ $45.00

Join Dave as he leads a 45-minute session guiding guests through various breathing practices in which the conscious control of breathing is said to influence a person's mental, emotional, or physical state. This event is the perfect pairing with dry salt therapy as it aids in the movement of salt deeper into the respiratory system.

Child Salt Session

30 minutes @ $20.00

Children will enjoy salt therapy while playing in our salt room. We provide toys, books, and puzzles but you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring a clean pair of white socks for your child to wear in the room.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. Time in the salt room starts promptly at start time.

This session must be accompanied by an adult supervising their child. Price includes one child and one adult.

Compression Therapy

30 minutes @ $20.00

Crystal Meditation

Crystal Meditation In The Adult Salt Room-October-Petrified Wood

Join us for a special one-hour crystal meditation in the salt room. Caitlyn will lead you through a guided meditation centered around the properties of petrified wood. Petrified wood is grounding and anchoring; it helps break old patterns and soften bad habits; and it brings more grace to stressful moments. As part of this experience, you will select a small tumbled piece of petrified wood that will be yours to keep.

Crystal Singing Bowls

Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Therapy In Adult Salt Room

Join us for a session as Lynn plays crystal singing bowls in the adult salt room. Sound vibrations can help reduce stress and assist both mind and body to relax and recalibrate. Lynn uses high quality quartz “alchemy” bowls that have been infused with other crystals, gemstones and precious metals.

Salt Yoga

Mindful Morning Meditation with Mimosas (Yoga Nidra & Crystal Singing Bowls)

Start your Saturday with this mindful morning wake up. Please arrive 15 mins early. Session will start promptly at 8am.

Our first session will be a 45 minute Yoga Nidra (yoga meditation) in the salt room.

Then guests will exit the salt room and enjoy complementary mimosas, fresh fruit, and muffins for a 30 minute refreshment break.

Guests will then enter the salt room again for 45 minutes of Crystal Singing Bowls. This is the perfect way to start the weekend in a peaceful and meditative state.

Treatment Room

60 Minute Massage in the Treatment Room

1 hour @ $85.00

Enjoy a therapeutic or relaxing experience in our treatment room. Massage is the relaxation of the soft tissue -muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments.

90 Minute Massage In the Treatment Room

Take time to enjoy a relaxing massage in our salt room surrounded by 17,000 pounds of Himalayan salt. Massage is a wonderful way to relax and unplug from the daily activities. This session also features a full salt therapy treatment as well.
