Sit back and relax in our zero gravity chairs while surrounded by 17,000 pounds of imported Himalayan salt. Our salt rooms maintain a cool temperature of 68 to 72 degrees. Blankets are provided but guests are also welcome to bring their own. For your comfort while in the room we also provide warm neck pillows.

Our adult room seats 8. If this is your first session with us you will need to arrive 15 mins early for paperwork. If you are returning please arrive 5-10 mins early to get situated.

Breathwork Group Classes-5 Guest Session

45 minutes @ $45.00

Join Dave as he leads a 45-minute session guiding guests through various breathing practices in which the conscious control of breathing is said to influence a person's mental, emotional, or physical state. This event is the perfect pairing with dry salt therapy as it aids in the movement of salt deeper into the respiratory system.

Child Salt Room

30 minutes @ $20.00

Children will enjoy salt therapy while playing in our under the sea themed children's salt room. We provide toys, books, and puzzles but you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring a clean pair of white socks for your child to wear in the room.

This session must be accompanied by an adult supervising their child. Price includes one child and one adult, please call us to add a second adult as there is a fee.

Our children's room can accommodate 3 kids with an adult each.

Crystal Meditation

Crystal Meditation In The Adult Salt Room-June Fluorite- 6 Person Session

1 hour @ $45.00

Join us for a special one-hour crystal meditation in the salt room. Caitlyn will lead you through a guided meditation centered around the properties of Fluorite. Fluorite helps overcome disorganization and draws off stress and negativity. It helps us ground, find stability, and remove outside influences. As part of this experience, you will select a small tumbled piece of Fluorite that will be yours to keep.

Crystal Meditation In The Adult Salt Room- July Carnelian-6 Person Session

Join us for a special one-hour crystal meditation in the salt room. Caitlyn will lead you through a guided meditation centered around the properties of Carnelian. Carnelian is a stabilizing stone with high energy that helps you anchor into the present reality. It helps your trust yourself and your perceptions. Supports success in business and other matters. It is one of July's birthstones. As part of this experience, you will select a small tumbled piece of Carnelian that will be yours to keep.

Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Therapy In Adult Salt Room

Join us for a session as Lynn plays the crystal singing bowls in the adult salt room.
The body is a network of vibrational fields and energy currents. Each individual resonates at their own vibration. Sound is an acoustical wave while color is an electromagnetic wave. The colors of the rainbow correspond to a specific musical note. This is in the same way that each chakra of the body correlates with a specific tone and color.

Take time to enjoy a relaxing massage in our salt room surrounded by 17,000 pounds of Himalayan salt. Massage is a wonderful way to relax and unplug from the daily activities. This session also features a full salt therapy treatment as well.

Please arrive 15 minute early for your session so that you can change and get situated. Our sessions will begin at your designated start time. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

90 Minute Massage In the Treatment Room

Enjoy a therapeutic or relaxing experience in our treatment room. Massage is the relaxation of the soft tissue -muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments.

60 Minute Massage in the Treatment Room

Reflexology 30 Minutes in the Treatment Room

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands). Reflexology therapy is used for stress, anxiety, fatigue, and pain. This treatment takes place in our treatment room.

Stretch/Neck Shoulder Express in the Treatment Room

This is a 30 minute session designed to help guests either stretch those troubled areas or focus on the neck and shoulder area. This treatment takes place in our treatment room.

Sports Massage in the Treatment Room

Sports massage helps to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid built up during sporting activities. This treatment takes place in our treatment room.
