This is an opportunity to deeply relax and find space within, whilst exploring some different meditation techniques (sound bath, visualisations, and breath work). Being guided through Meditation in a group setting is a powerful way to find deep stillness, shift emotion/energy and learn from yourself (your greatest teacher!!)
