Home Physiotherapy Assessment

1 hour @ £55.00

This 1 hour appointment is for you if you have an acute or ongoing injury, or are recovering from orthopaedic surgery. Includes detailed consultation, physical assessment and treatment.

Home physiotherapy follow-up

30 minutes @ £38.00

Following your physiotherapy assessment, your treatment plan will be implemented and reviewed in a follow up session. This may include progression or modification of your home exercise program, further assessment as indicated, adjunct treatments such as manual therapy, taping etc.

Home Pilates 1:2

1 hour @ £66.00

Experience individual Pilates tuition with a friend in the comfort of your own home. Initial in-person consultation will include a health and lifestyle screen, goal setting and introductory Pilates exercises.
