Online Yoga Class -Mindfulness Yoga
Mindfulness yoga is a gentle class that combines slow moving warm ups, deep stretching, and restorative poses using props to support the body. It helps you connect with your body and breath, de-stress, and return to your center of balance. Postures are suitable and adaptable for all levels. Calming breathing techniques, meditation, and an extended Savasana (closing relaxation) are also woven in to the practice. The Yoga Tune Up Ball Therapy Workshop provides targeted self-massage by using specially designed high grip rubber balls and focused movement routines that help penetrate through layers of skin, muscle and fascia to massage deeply into your high tension areas.
This workshop teaches you self-care techniques which can help maintain and improve your strength and flexibility reduce or eliminate pain, prevent injuries, release muscle tension, increase mobility, reduce stress and enhance breathing.
Getting Grounded Through Body-Mindfulness & Yoga

A new yoga workshop giving you an experience of grounding and body-based mindfulness, and learning how to apply these skills to daily life.
The workshops begins with a 30 minute yoga practice, letting you experience grounding and mindfulness techniques which bring the body back to its natural resting state. Once you have experienced the class, a discussion and educational component will take place to highlight each of the techniques used, why they are helpful, and how to adapt them to your life.
