Rooted in the Hatha Yoga foundation, these classes will allow you to learn many poses, pranayama (breathing exercises), and mindfulness skills to give you a wonderful foundation for a life long practice. Special attention is placed on teaching alignment and the sequence of the postures to encourage a balanced and safe experience. Renee uses a trauma informed approach to guide you through the class in a way that encourages emotional safety and self-pacing. This class nourishes you from the inside put!
