Strengthen, tone and energize your body in this fun fusion class combining Pilates & Yoga. This class is a nice compliment to your traditional yoga practice as the Pilates focuses on building strength in the deep muscles of the core, and is superb for muscle toning and endurance. Balls and resistance bands are utilized in this class to develop greater balance and strength for the whole body.
