Online Flow Yoga & Pilates Fusion
This class builds on the fundamentals in Balance Body Yoga bringing increased challenge through flow sequences, where each pose flows directly into the next while following the breath, combined with Pilates-based core-strengthening exercises, relaxing stretches at the end. Elastic tubing and balls are sometimes incorporated into the Pilates portion of this class. This class will improve your strength in the whole body and especially your core, and leave you feeling relaxed and calm.
