In Balance Health Yoga
A relaxing class guiding you through reflective meditations. Each class takes you on a journey through visualizations of places and experiences, immersing yourself in a nurturing rest for body and mind. The meditations develop your skill of connecting to the energetic body and benefit you with improved self-awareness and insight. No experience is necessary. Class is done seated in chairs.
