Yoga is a discipline rich in poses to help improve our our body's alignment. It also promotes internal awareness of how we hold ourselves during our movements and activities. In this workshop, you'll learn about ideal posture, common deviations in posture and habits which can be harmful to the spine and joints, and yoga poses to help.
