This page helps you book an appointment with LifeSpring International Ministries for a Personal Advocacy session with the Courts of Heaven Ministry Team.
IMPORTANT
MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
YOU MUST READ THE REQUIRED READING MATERIAL BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR SESSION. IT IS FOR YOUR BENEFIT.
- Every appointment is an online Video-Conference. We connect together through Zoom in the Ministry's Zoom account. You will not need a Zoom account because you are invited to the the appointment which takes place in our account.
- All appointments are conducted in English. If you do not speak and understand English please do not make an appointment. Instead, contact admin@courtsofheaven.net so that we can schedule an interpreter as necessary.
- Please make your own appointment, do not make an appointment for someone else.
- The only exception to this requirement is if you are going to stand in proxy to receive prayer for a minor child or an elderly parent.
- For example, after your own initial appointment, you may stand in proxy for a member of your immediate family (or one of your parents).
- We highly recommend that you receive ministry first, and then stand in proxy in a second and subsequent appointment for your loved one.
- Your adult friends and family members must make their own appointments. Our clients make an agreement with our Terms & Conditions for ministry, you can not make that agreement for someone else.
- For example, there is an agreement to complete our required reading before the appointment date.
- If you desire to give someone the gift of a Personal Advocacy session, arrange for them to book and pay for their own session (send them this URL), and reimburse them in some other manner.
- Each appointment is only for one person due to the private nature of ministry and prayer.
- We want to minister to you without other people in the room or overhearing the session.
- This creates an ease to share things in a confidential ministry setting.
- When making several appointments with us, they must be spread out by at least 3 weeks.
- This gives needed time for Heaven to answer and Holy Spirit to reveal shifts.
- We reserve the right to move your appointment to the first available time slot if you do not follow these instructions.
- We also urge you to consider receiving help from our Biblical Counselor at https://www.courtsofheaven.net/aftercare
- You will receive an immediate Confirmation Email that serves as your Zoom invitation for your appointment.
- At your appointment time you will simply click the hyperlink in the Confirmation Email to join your meeting.
- You are required to be on-screen with us for your appointment. Be sure your device has a working camera and microphone. If you are unable to be on screen do not make the appointment. If your camera or microphone are not working in the session, you will be rescheduled until they are.
Our trained and experienced Courts of Heaven Ministry Teams are led by our Senior Advocates who were personally trained by Dr. Ron Horner.

NO SHOW POLICY: We do not re-schedule a No-Show client for any reason, and 100% of the advanced payment is forfeited.
- You are employing our Team and their valuable time for Professional Pastoral Services.
- To avoid potential No Shows, make sure you understand how to connect through Zoom in advance
- Our system will send you a Confirmation Email immediately and a Reminder Email one day in advance - these often end up in spam and/or junk folders --you are responsible to search and find our emails.
- All Confirmation and Reminder emails come from "scheduling@acuityscheduling.com", please write this email address down and search your email inbox for our immediate Confirmation email after you finish booking the appointment.
- Tell your email provider that this sender is important to you.
- We have no control over how your email provider filters automated emails like the one our system sends.
- To avoid a No-Show and forfeiture of your session fee, make sure you are seeing our emails.
- Your appointment will be reflected in the Time Zone you choose as your own time zone.
- We are not responsible if you choose the wrong time zone.
- Make sure you choose your correct time zone in the booking process.
HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
- Click one of the two rectangles below --either Monday, Wednesday, Friday OR Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
- You can return to the previous screen, to choose the other rectangle, by clicking the down karat at the top right of the box that opens.
- Click on the 90 minute session rectangle that appears.
- Check Time Zone. It should reflect your current time zone. Change it if it does not.
- Choose from the list of available times on the list of dates.
- We do not have other dates, what you see is what is available.
- Our calendar books about 3-4 months out.
- We minister to an average of 25-30 people a week.
- We do not keep a waiting list for cancellations because cancellations are very rare.
- Complete payment with your credit or debit card. Please have this information ready. The Personal Advocacy Session fee is $150 for up to 90 minutes of ministry. If you need to cancel an appointment it must be done 24 hours before the beginning of a session by leaving a voicemail on the Ministry's office phone (980-285-2820). There is a time-stamp on the voicemail. An appointment cancelled 24 hours before the session can be refunded. The refund must be returned to the original credit or debit card that was used to book the appointment.
