Initial Wellness Session
1 hour 30 minutes
These sessions are for new clients only. They can be done in-person or remotely. During our time together, we will look at all aspects of wellbeing: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. After our session, I will send you a personalized wellness plan including herbal, nutritional, lifestyle, and spiritual recommendations as well as follow-up suggestions. This wellness plan will include integration material that will help keep you on track and inspire you long after our time together.
Followup Wellness Session
These sessions will focus on the personalized wellness plan we created during our initial consultation. We will find what works and what can be improved to match the changes we've seen since our first session. These are for existing clients only, and are *highly* recommended.
