1) If you cannot find the appointment time or date you are looking for, message us directly either on Instagram or via text with time and date you are after. We will do our best to accommodate you and find you a spot.

2) We may sometimes request you to change your appointment times by 15-30 minutes after you have made the booking online. This may be required to assist us in fitting other clients and cater them as well. Your time is equally valuable hence we will understand if you cannot always change your booking time, however your help will always be greatly appreciated in this matter.
3) When booking for infills, choose the timeframe that's applicable to you:
- Under 2 weeks infills (0-14 days)
- Under 3 weeks infills (15-21 days)
- Under 4 weeks infills (22-28 days)
4) Conditions of entry due to COVID-19
- Visitors will not be allowed to wait inside the shop, please do not bring anyone with you to your appointments.
- If the Salon is at its capacity, you may be requested to wait outside until the salon can accommodate you.
- We will check your temperature on the day of your appointment, if you present with any of the COVID-19 symptoms, we have the right to refuse to serve you in this case and you will be asked to leave the salon.
