This is Step One of our process. We hold a brief call to discuss your operation, your priorities, what struggles you may currently have, and we review our skills and services and whether or not we may be a good fit for each other.

This is Step Two in our process. After holding our initial 30-minute phone consultation, we meet your team on-site at your location, discuss the issues that arose during our call in further detail, and take a tour of your operation.

It is at this point that we have a good enough understanding of your business needs to determine how long a supply chain analysis may take. We can then review a sample contract and determine if next steps are in order.
