Please read all policies and descriptions carefully before booking

1. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE $21.00 deposit required to book your appointment. $20 of which will go toward the final price of your services.
2. Your remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. I accept CASH & CASH APP ONLY or ZELLE
3. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be a $15 late fee NO EXCEPTIONS! After 20 mins your appointment will be subject to cancellation & a no show fee will apply.
4. No shows and same day cancellations will be subject to a $25 no show fee!
5. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you wish to reschedule less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited & YOU WILL NEED TO REBOOK
6. I DO NOT work over other nail techs nor soak off sets not previously done by me.
7. A confirmation email containing the exact address will be sent to you upon booking and receipt of the deposit. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 10 MINS EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
8. PLEASE USE ADD-ON FEATURE TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR SERVICE‼️ Any add-ons not booked in advance will NOT be accommodated!
9. Customer Satisfaction Policy: To ensure the quality of each service, repairs may be made up to 4 days after your appointment free of charge. This includes any lifted or broken nails and missing crystals.

2-DAY NAIL TRAINING 📚

1. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $155 required to sign up for the class. $150 of which will go towards the final price of your training. The remaining $5 will serve as a payment processing fee.
2. If you must reschedule, please give me at least 24 hrs notice. Same day rescheduling (less than 24 hrs before class) will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
3. REGISTRATION CLOSES 48 HRS PRIOR TO DESIRED CLASS SCHEDULE. Example: if you would like to book for the evening class, you must sign up by 3:30p on FRIDAY!
4. Booking is only available up to 4 weeks in advance.
5. A basic kit is included but please see class description to review the items you may need to bring with you.
6. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with location details as well as a text with recommended (not required) items for you to bring.
7. The remaining balance will be due on the first day of class. I accept either CASH or CASH APP. I do not accept Zelle!

FAQ's

• Specialty designs = marble, encapsulation, ombré, diagonal cut outs, spider gel, & designer nail art
• I only use genuine Swarovski crystals for my bling designs
• I absolutely DO NOT use MMA (dental acrylic)
• Booking is available no less than 24 hours prior to your desired time slot and no more than 30 days in advance
• You may TEXT the number below for same day appointment availability.
• Soak offs are for my original sets only
• VIP appointments are those booked outside of operating hours & require an additional $35 fee. Please TEXT for availability
