FOR ANY APPOINTMENTS BEFORE/AFTER LISTED HOURS and on SUNDAYS, text or email directly before booking.
PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES AND RULES THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING.
- NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT! A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your appointment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, & NON-NEGOTIABLE!!
- Deposit refunds are only issued in the event of cancellation on my end.
- If you cannot make it to your appointment, please notify me no later than 24 hours before your appointment so that your deposit can be credited toward your next service within 30 days of original cancellation. This does not apply to same day cancellations
- EFFECTIVE 1/1/21, APPOINTMENTS CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED ONE (1) TIME! After that, a new deposit is required. NO EXCEPTION
- PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY CHILDREN OR ADDITIONAL GUESTS with you to your appointment unless they are being serviced due to space being limited
- Please arrive to your appointment with a clean, bare face and groomed brows. PLEASE REMOVE ANY UNWANTED FACIAL HAIR PRIOR TO YOUR SERVICE (this can affect the makeup application)
- A $10 late fee will be applied to all clients that are 10 minutes late. If you are beyond 15 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED and deposits will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Please be considerate of clients arriving after you. This policy will be strictly enforced.
- All no call/no show appointments will be blocked from booking in the future. Please notify me if you are needing to cancel your appointment the same day. Remember, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Please send a text or email before booking any Sunday appointment times to ensure that i am available
- ALL BRIDAL INQUIRIES (pricing for bridal packages/services/availability), must be sent via email prior to booking.
