Unless you are a Federal Employee, Attorney Angel cannot advise you if your employer is located outside of North Carolina

(This includes if you lived in NC/ but worked in a different state.)

Mr. Angel no longer takes cases involving the State of North Carolina or any local government entities including cities, towns, counties, school systems, police or fire departments.

FEDERAL EMPLOYEES: Attorney Angel can advise you regardless of where you worked.

Consultation Form/Conflict of Interest Policy: We reserve the right to cancel and refund all monies at any time due to conflict of interest or incomplete information. There is a required form you must complete for your consultation, but you may skip most of the questions at the time of booking. You will be emailed a link to complete it afterwards.

No Call/No Show Policy: If you are a no call/no show for your appointment or do not participate in the call, your funds will not be refunded to you as we lose that time you booked. If you wish to reschedule, you will need to pay another consultation fee.

We do not allow to have more than one 15-minute consultation

* If you fail to answer for your 15-minute consultation, you will not be allowed to set another free 15-minute consult unless you are federally employed.*
