This is the practicum part Reiki Level I training & provides you with an opportunity to practice the 'outer' focus of Level 1 Reiki - which is the hands-on application of Reiki at the purely physical level. You will learn and practice the hand positions for self-treatment and those for treating others. You will practice on both yourself and another person under the guidance and supervision of your teacher, and receive deep healing and support for your journey.
