- Due to limited salon space, we highly discourage bringing children during your appointment.
- For our guests' safety, only those with an appointment can enter the salon.
- For consultations, there will be a 35$ deposit credited to a booked service.
- No call, no show, 35$ deposit is forfeited and additional 50$ fee will be added when booking another appointment.
- Please note the price difference between relaxed and natural.
- Deposits are non-refundable, but we are happy to credit them to your next appointment.
- Due to the high volume of calls and texts, we can no longer accept appointments via these methods. Instead, we strictly encourage you to book through our website, www.level23salon.com, for an easy and convenient transaction.
- For urgent appointments, don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll get back to you within 48 hours. We will automatically add you to our calendar for our regular customers with a standing appointment.
- Please get in touch with us within 48 hours if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any request made beyond will be considered late notice and will no longer be entertained or accommodated.
