Please note the following before your upcoming appointment:
We kindly ask that you come to the Atelier clean and showered, and avoid coming straight from the gym or exercising prior to your appointment. Flesh colored, seamless underwear is highly encouraged to ensure you’re able to see the care and detail that goes into each of our garments.
If you choose to take photos of yourself while in our studio, please refrain from posting on social media.
Beverages will not be allowed in Studio.
We kindly ask clients to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of an appointment to receive a refund for the consultation fee. Following your consultation, the $150 appointment fee will apply as a credit towards any purchase with us. Late cancellations and no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of credit. A maximum of two consultation fees may be applied as a credit towards any purchase.
Appointment bookings are limited to 90 days in advance. In the event that you are traveling and require future availability, you can contact our Studio for assistance. Please allow 24 hours for us to confirm your alteration appointment.
Please note that the production timelines may differ from garment to garment. The production delivery estimates are listed on the product pages with an additional 2-3 months timeline for alterations following production. We advise clients begin the process 10-12 months in advance of the event date as shorter timelines may incur rush fees.
