Video chat is the preferred choice of communication for most clients so Melissa has 3 options for you: GoToMeeting, Skype & Facebook Messenger. GoToMeeting is the default app used so if you do not reach out to Melissa with a preference, you will use the link that comes in the confirmation email.

REFUND & RESCHEDULING: As of Monday, December 14, 2020 you will no longer be able to request a refund for readings purchased but not used. If you find you have changed your mind and no longer wish to have your session, you are welcome and encouraged to transfer it to a friend. Thank you for understanding.
NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: No shows will not be refunded. Late arrivals will receive time left on their scheduled session. Multiple notices are sent to remind you of the appointment. You are asked to please be responsible with Melissa's time.

RECORDING SESSIONS:
You can schedule a recorded session with Melissa by selecting the option under the session type. The cost to record your reading is five dollars ($5). You cannot record secretly. It is illegal to record someone without their permission in Washington State, the state in which Melissa resides. Washington state law stipulates that it is a "two-party consent state", making it a criminal offence to record communications: Wash.Rev.Code Add SS 9A.44.115(2)
