Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga

Mum & baby yoga classes allow you to get back into yoga, regain strength, stretch and tone your body following the birth of your baby, with the focus on mums doing yoga with babies accompanying.
- Ongoing weekly classes on Thursday mornings
- Primarily for postnatal women although babies are integrated into the class as well
- Suitable from 6 weeks after birth (8 weeks after cesarean birth) until baby is crawling
- Suitable for all, no yoga experience required
- All equipment & mats provide
