Pre-Development + Consulting Meetings

The City of Bunker Hill requires that a meeting take place prior to the design of any exterior project. It is strongly urged that the meeting occur for interior remodels as well to avoid possible conflicts with federal remodel restrictions. At least one property owner and the contractor are required to be participate. Additional consultants such as architects and engineers may also participate.
