Hello Kids' Camp Families!
Please read these directions in their entirety. They include:
1) How to choose the days your child will attend
2) How to make sure you are charged the correct rate
3) How to add your child to the waiting list if a day has reached capacity
IMPORTANT: Cash, check, money order payments must be made in person at 201 E 12th St. You will complete the online registration and remit payment at the administration building.
The icons for each school site appear, along with school name, in boxes at the bottom of this page. You will click on these to start the registration process. Sunnyside families use Florida Mesa, Fort Lewis Mesa families will use Needham.
CHOOSE YOUR DAYS
You will need to register each child individually. When entering the additional children, please ignore the message "You are already scheduled for Kids' Camp on this day".
To begin choosing days, click on the appropriate school icon, then click on a day in the calendar. Available days appear in black, days that have reached their capacity are grey and you will be unable to select them. To register for more days, click "Add a Time" and the next day you would like to register for. Once you have entered all of the days would like to request, click on "Continue". On the next page you will enter your child's name along with your phone number and your email address. The final page is the payment page- please read the rates information below to ensure you pay the correct rate for your family.
You will receive a confirmation email following successful registration.
Registration is open for the entire school year. You may register for as few or as many days as you like each time you access the system.
Please keep your receipts- the system will send you an email each time you make a payment. Your payment will be made through Stripe Online Payment Processing. This means that the school district will not be able to give you payment information for taxes, or any other purpose.
The TAX ID/EIN number for the district is 84-6012500
Payment in full is due at the time of registration.
CASH/CHECK/MONEY ORDER payments MUST be made in person at 201 E 12th St (the district administration building). There is a lap top available so that you can register for the days you would like, once payment is given to Audra (or another authorized 9-R employee), and space available has been verified, your registration will be approved and entered in the system.
The regular daily rate is $13.50 per child, per day. The system automatically calculates your total using this rate.
If your family qualifies for one of our discounted rates, YOU MUST ENTER THE APPROPRIATE COUPON CODE to receive that rate.

CCCAP COPAY--IF you have a CCCAP CO-PAY, you are responsible for contacting Audra and making your co-pay payment the same day that you register. Any registrations that are missing this payment will be automatically deleted.
If the day(s) you would like are not available, please request that your child(ren) be added to the waiting list. You will only be contacted if space opens up and we can accommodate your child(ren). You will be asked to make your payment at that time.
