When scheduling your appointment, please choose the appropriate type of visit to ensure you receive the best care possible. Here’s a quick guide to help you decide:

Medical Appointments

Purpose: These appointments are for medical skin conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin infections, suspicious moles or skin cancer.
Insurance: Usually covered by insurance.

Cosmetic Appointments

Purpose: These appointments focus on cosmetic concerns, including treatments for anti-aging, dark spots, or aesthetic enhancements like Botox, fillers, and laser treatments.
Consultation Requirement: If you are a new patient or wish to discuss a new cosmetic issue that you haven’t booked before, please schedule a cosmetic consultation first. This is essential for developing a personalized treatment plan.
Procedure Scheduling: Only schedule a cosmetic procedure if you have had a prior consultation with Dr. Rodney.

Self-Pay Appointments

Purpose: For patients who do not have medical insurance, or have an insurance that we are not in network with.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment for your convenience.

During this consultation we evaluate complexion, texture, tone and facial volume loss. We may recommend procedures such as Botox, Fillers, Microneedling, Skin Rejuvenation, Scar + Discoloration treatment. This visit does NOT include any medical concerns (e.g. acne, hair loss, rash). This Consultation costs $200.
If you have a cosmetic treatment within 30 days of your consultation, you get a $150 courtesy discount on the procedure discussed, excluding aesthetic services (facials) and products.

Chemical Peel Consultation

20 minutes @ $200.00

The result of years of damage includes fine lines, dark spots, discoloration, and more. Chemical peels strip away the dead skin cells to reveal a fresh, revitalized face. It’s an amazing skin resurfacing technique with exceptional results.
This Chemical Peel Consultation costs $200. If you have a peel within 30 days of your consultation, you get a $150 courtesy discount on the procedure, excluding aesthetic services (facials) and products.

Laser Consultation

20 minutes @ $200.00

Book this laser consultation if you are interested in our laser procedures for unwanted hair, age spots, skin rejuvenation, laser peel combo, wrinkles, fine lines, large pores.
This Laser Consultation costs $200 and is not covered by insurance.
If you have a laser treatment within 30 days of your consultation, we will offer a $150 courtesy discount on the procedure, excluding esthetic services (facials) and products.

Mole Removal Consultation

20 minutes @ $200.00

This cosmetic consultation is for skin growths that are medically not worrisome but you would prefer to have removed.
These include moles, skin tags, etc.
We usually try to accommodate procedures on the same day as the consultation.

The Mole Removal Consultation costs $200 and is not covered by insurance.
If you have a cosmetic mole removal treatment that we discussed within 30 days of your consultation, we will offer a $150 courtesy discount on the procedure.

EarLobe Repair Consultation

20 minutes @ $200.00

Earlobe repair involves treating torn, stretched or deflated lobes. Filler (for deflated lobes) is $850/vial (this is usually enough to fill 2 lobes, but some ppl may need up to 2 vials for 2 lobes). Earlobe repair surgery is $900 for 1 torn lobe, or $1700 for 2 torn lobes.
The Earlobe Repair Consultation costs $200 and is not covered by insurance.
If you have a treatment that we discussed within 30 days of your consultation, we will offer a $150 courtesy discount off the procedure discussed.

O-Shot PRP Consultation

20 minutes @ $200.00

The O-Shot PRP procedure is tailored to enhance your intimate wellness. This consultation excludes coverage for medical concerns like acne, hair loss, or rashes. This Consultation costs $200 and is not covered by insurance. If you choose to undergo an O-Shot PRP procedure within 30 days of the consultation, you'll receive a $150 courtesy discount. Aesthetic services (facials) and products are excluded.

Extensive Hair Loss Consultation: (Expert-Dr. Rodney)

20 minutes @ $300.00

In this visit we evaluate your hair loss, and discuss the most advanced cosmetic and medical technologies for hair restoration including platelet rich plasma, steroid injections, oral and topical medications, Kerafactor and Hair Transplantation.
This Extensive Hair Loss Consultation costs $300 and is not covered by insurance.
If you have a cosmetic treatment within 30 days of your consultation, we will offer a $150 courtesy discount toward the procedure, excludes aesthetic services and products.

PRP/Kerafactor/Hair Transplant Cosmetic Consultation

20 minutes @ $200.00

We discuss the most advanced cosmetic technologies available to treat your hair loss, including PRP/Hair Transplant/ Kerafactor etc.

Note: This is not a medical hair loss visit, billed through insurance. To discuss both medical and cosmetic options, please book an extensive hair loss consultation.

This consultation costs $200. If you have a treatment within 30 days of your consultation, we will offer a $150 courtesy discount on the procedure, excluding aesthetician services and products.

Extensive Acne Evaluation

20 minutes @ $300.00

If you're serious about taking the next steps to address your acne, this is the appointment for you! We will discuss the most advanced cosmetic and medical technologies available to treat your acne, as well as recommendations for acne scarring and discoloration.

The Extensive Acne Evaluation costs 300 and is not covered by insurance.
If you have a cosmetic treatment that we discussed within 30 days of your consultation, we will offer a $150 courtesy discount on the procedure.

Acne Scarring Cosmetic Consultation

Acne scar treatments improve skin texture and tone. The right treatment depends on scar type, skin tone, and type of scarring.
The Acne Scarring Consultation costs $200 and is not covered by insurance.
If you have a cosmetic treatment that we discussed within 30 days of your consultation, we will offer a $150 courtesy discount on the procedure. This excludes aesthetic services (facials) and products.

LaseMD Treatment ($200 Deposit to Book Appointment)

Prior to your LaseMD treatment, we apply a potent topical numbing cream. To ensure optimal comfort, please arrive early or request the numbing cream at the front desk before your visit. We recommend to allow it to sit for 45 minutes before the procedure begins. For best results, apply it 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you have never previously had a peel at our office or a chemical peel consultation with Dr. Rodney, please first schedule a chemical peel Consultation. We cannot perform the procedure without first having a consultation to determine that this is the best treatment for your needs.

Laser Hair Removal ($200 Deposit to Book Appointment)

ONLY schedule if you have already completed a laser consult with Dr. Ife Rodney.
Laser Hair removal for all skin types.
Treatments should be scheduled 4-6 weeks apart.
Please shave area 24-48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Avoid tweezing, waxing, and plucking between appointments
If you have a tan, from sun exposure or sunless tanning products, wait until the tan fades completely before scheduling your treatment (usually about 4-6 weeks)

Kerafactor includes microneedling for Hair Loss and is not the same as microneedling for face or stretch marks on the body , which needs to be booked as a separate appointment.

Skin cancer screenings, new acne, rashes, and hair loss require detailed, focused evaluations. A dedicated visit is required to thoroughly address these complaints. For example, if you have concerns about both NEW acne and would like a skin cancer screening, please book two separate appointments on two separate days.

$50 is a deposit to hold the appointment and is applied to the cost of the visit.
Deposits are refundable (5% processing fee) with 48 hour notice.

If removal of a mole/lump/bump diagnosed as benign is requested a cosmetic fee will be assessed at time of removal as insurance does not cover the removal of benign asymptomatic lesions. This does not include rashes or hidradenitis suppurativa.

During your 15 minute skincare consultation, our Esthetician will begin by asking you to explain the kind of goals you have for your skin. She will then help to clarify your current product regimen, as well as assess what is working and what may need to change.
The $50 payment will cover the cost of your consultation. If you decide to proceed with an aesthetician service within 30 days, we discount $50 from the service.
