Your options include transit or focus readings where we look at your natal chart and what's going on currently to activate which parts of your natal chart; one-hour or 90-minute coaching sessions (depending on how much attention the issue you're facing feels like it needs); 15-minute mind-body quick hits for those times you just need me to guide you into relaxation or balance without much discussion of the issue you're facing; and distance reiki sessions so that you can sit back and receive reiki energy.
