SCHEDULING YOUR READING

Michelle Armstrong offers Intuitive and Mediumship readings for people around the world via Skype orPhone. Individual In-Person readings are not available at this time.

To book a phone or Skype reading use the appointment scheduler below. Indicate the type of reading you want and the duration.

People in the United States and Canada have the option to choose to have their readings conducted by phone OR Skype. Clients outside of the United States and Canada must use Skype if they want a private Reading. Group Readings (3 or more) are facilitated via ZOOM.

Please note: Michelle does not use FaceTime. All call-in phone charges are the responsibility of the client.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please read the confirmation email you receive immediately after booking your session. The email contains important information essential to the success of your Readings.

TIMEZONES

Michelle is in the Eastern Timezone (New York Timezone). You can select your local timezone when booking your appointment to align with Michelle's timezone. Please note: There are no refunds for errors due to timezones.

URGENT READING

If you have an urgent reading request, which is a reading request that falls within the next two weeks SEND AN EMAIL with your request. Urgent readings are a possibility depending on Michelle's schedule. An additional $50 will be applied to all urgent readings as they are conducted outside of Michelle's usual Reading schedule.

To request an urgent reading SEND AN EMAIL and Michelle or a team member will contact you directly to discuss.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations must be requested within 48 hours after booking to receive a full refund.

Cancellations outside 48 hour window and up to 7 days post the booking may be rescheduled up to 6 months from the date of the cancelled session according to Michelle's availability and schedule.

There are strictly no refunds or reschedules for NO SHOWS and sessions cancelled outside the 48 hour window mentioned above. Clients are responsible for verifying their timezones at the time of their bookings and keeping their appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required to confirm your reading. The following details will appear on your statement: MA LLC | Michelle the Medium. Prices are in USD.
