Terms of Service:
A $200 non-refundable fee is required to book an appointment. The fee will go towards your total amount. Once you book your appointment your card will be charged the fee amount of $200.
For touch ups same cancellation policy applies.
Please understand that when you are a no show or forget to cancel your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no show & charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the service. We hope you understand that we have clients booked after each other & it would not be fair to the client after you to have to wait over 15 minutes for their appointment.
-Exceptions might be made in the event of an emergency with adequate documentation ONLY.
You will receive a confirmation text 1 day prior to your appointment. A text back is required to confirm the appointment so when booking please make sure you type in your phone number correctly. If we cannot contact you the day before, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no show.
