All appointments with a provider must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or a $50 fee may be assessed.
You may cancel or reschedule online via your confirmation email, send us a message, or simply give us a call.
We really do want to see you - it's literally why we're here! But when we can't we need to hear from you.
Covid-19 Updates - You are required to complete a Covid Screener 24hrs prior to any In-Office Visit. The screener will be sent to you with your Reminder Email + Text Message.
