- The *IN PERSON appointment option is currently only available in the greater Milwaukee, WI area unless otherwise arranged. Contact Lisa directly to schedule.
- A session can include any or all the animals in your home or at your location, just schedule enough additional time for each animal. Sessions for animals in separate households or separate locations will need to schedule separate appointments. * Lisa will not do third-party sessions for ethical reasons: The animal's guardian must be present and on board with the session for it to be helpful and fair to everyone, including the animals.
- Lisa will contact YOU at the scheduled time of your appointment at the phone number you provide. Zoom links are automatically included with all confirmation emails even if you choose a phone session.
- Payments are made with Stripe. If you prefer to pay with Venmo, Zelle, check or with cash, please contact Lisa directly. Payments must be received by the scheduled appointment date, unless otherwise arranged. The PayPal option is no longer available. Apply coupon codes and gift certificate codes at checkout.
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund. Emergency situations (with notice) can receive a credit towards a future session. There is a waiting list, so a No-show / No-message situation will not be refunded or credited.
- Gift Certificates are good for one year from date of issue. Your recipient can use the digital code to choose the date and time that works best for them once they receive it. Apply gift codes at checkout.
