The IN PERSON* appointment option is currently only available in the greater Milwaukee, WI area unless otherwise arranged. An extra mileage fee may be requested.
A session can include any or all the animals in your home or at your location, just schedule fair time for each one. Sessions for animals in a separate household or location will need to schedule a separate appointment.
Lisa will contact YOU at the scheduled time of your appointment at the phone number you provide. For Zoom Sessions, a link will be emailed 1-2 days prior to your appointment.
Payments are made with PayPal or Stripe. If you prefer to pay with Venmo, by check or with cash, please contact Lisa directly. Payments must be received by the scheduled appointment date, unless otherwise arranged.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund. Emergency situations can receive a credit towards a future session, but a no-show / no-call will NOT be refunded or credited.
Gift Certificates are good for six months from date of issue. Your recipient can choose the date and time that works best for their schedule once they receive it.
