Thank you for your interest! I'm accepting new clients January 2021! Reach out now to get on each other's schedules.
From seeing Paraguayans drink medicinal teas every day during my time as a Peace Corps volunteer, to witnessing my mom recover from breast cancer with a holistic approach, I became captivated by the healing properties of plants and lifestyle changes.
My own health journey of discovering holistic techniques for acne free skin and hormone free birth control also led me to the work I do today as an herbal clinician.
After graduating from Berkeley Herbal Center's four year Western clinical herbalism program, I'm a practicing clinician and educator under the guidance of Pam Fisher, RH (AHG), the founder of the Berkeley Herbal Center and Community Clinic. I'm also currently enrolled in a two year teacher training program to become a certified Fertility Awareness and Sexual Reproductive Health Educator recognized through the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals, AFAP.
I'm excited and honored to support you on your health journey! My special interests lie in helping others resolve skin issues, menstrual ailments and other female reproductive concerns (fertility awareness, chronic infections, postpartum care, insecurities, trauma) and to share about methods of hormone-free birth control. I'm passionate about education, body literacy, bodily sovereignty, and informed consent.
You'll leave our appointment with a custom herbal formula, dietary and lifestyle suggestions, and plenty of educational resources for you to begin self-educating if you wish.
All appointments take place at the Berkeley Herbal Center in Berkeley, CA or via Skype / Zoom.
Initial in-person consultations last 1.5 to 2 hours, or 1 to 1.5 hours via Zoom calls. Follow up appointments are scheduled as needed.
Please send me an inquiry via my contact page or an email to veronica@kapu.community and I'll respond with the scheduling calendar link.
