Once you schedule your inspection your time slot is confirmed and blocked on our schedule. You may reschedule your appointment online up to 3 hours in advance of the inspection online. Should you need to reschedule your inspection for any reason less than 3 hours prior to an inspection, please give us a call or shoot us a text at 352-877-0268. If you scheduled an inspection and failed to call, text, email, or reschedule online there will be a $100.00 non-refundable trip charge for the missed appointment. If you schedule another inspection within 30 days $50.00 of the $100.00.00 fee will be applied to your inspection.
To schedule a discounted inspection with a 100 Point , or Pre-Listing (Example: $50.00 4-point insurance inspection or $50.00 Lead-Based Paint Inspection with a 100 Point Home Inspection), first select your 100 Point/Pre-Listing Inspection according to the applicable Sq Ft of the property to be inspected, you will then be prompted to add discounted inspections to your appointment via the drop down menu entitled, "add to your appointment" (you add these inspections by clicking into the box to the left of the inspection). You then scroll down, click on a day at the calendar, choose your time, and input your information/payment.PUBLIC SERVICE 10% DISCOUNT:Military members/veterans, First Responders, and Educators receive 10% off 100-Point, Pre-Warranty, and Pre-Listing Inspections.
