KBKB (Kettlebell Kickboxing) is a full body workout with the use of kettlebells, body weight, mobility, cardio, and martial arts movements. We incorporate kicks, shadow boxing, sprawls, and various jiujitsu techniques to give you a full body workout with core and balance training.
