Whether you've done CrossFit or not, this is an opportunity for us to get to know you and what you're looking for in a gym and how we can help. We're also happy to answer all your questions - not a sales pitch and no strings attached.
Learn CrossFit in a safe, 1-on-1 setting. These classes are a great beginning to our CrossFit group classes. We introduce the basic movements, have you learn and perform in a safe environment, and discuss the methodology behind CrossFit. After these 4 sessions you will have the ability and knowledge to join our group classes with confidence.
