All striking classes (Muay Thai and Boxing) will require proper athletic wear (eg boxing shorts/athletic shirt, etc.) and Boxing Gloves (12 to 16 oz depending on your size and weight) and Hand wraps. All grappling classes require athletic wear. We highly encourage compression wear and board shorts at the very minimum. All instruction is barefoot except Boxing, which requires sneaker or boxing shoes. We are now located at 1449 Broadway, Brooklyn NY, 11221. Come dressed to impress. We have equipment for sale if you need, just add it to your booking.
