Please schedule your appointment, fill out the questionnaire (if one is present for the service chosen), and enter your payment information or package code.
Refunds and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time are not allowed. Last-minute rescheduling due to unavoidable emergency will be considered and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Client must communicate the request in writing prior to the appointment start.
Prior to 24 hours in advance of your appointment, partial refunds may be requested -- minus all administrative, service, and bank fee costs as determined on a case-by-case basis.
