A 45 mins class designed to strengthen your core muscles and your pelvic floor during pregnancy and after child birth.
There is a maximum of 8 participants in each class so that Diahann can work with you to ensure that you receive personalized attention.
Babes in arms welcome! Unfortunately we do not have the space for strollers so it will be car seats only.
