Covid-19 Health & Safety Measures

Important please read

• As usual I will be cleaning my equipment between clients.
• Clients are required to wear masks upon arrival if you require a mask you can indicate by selecting the add on as you book.
• I will request for clients to wash their hands for 20-30 seconds before being seated. During appointments I will be wearing a mask.
• If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, or begin to after booking an appointment please inform me and I will refund your deposit and cancel your appointment.
• If you have travelled outside of the UK within the last 14 days please do not book an appointment
• If you show up to your appointment showing symptoms despite warnings not to, your appointment will be cancelled and your 50% deposit will be lost. You will be able to book a new appointment 14 days later provided that you have no more symptoms and have fully recovered.

Lockdown Changes

As you may already know the UK is under a lockdown. Please do not book face to face service as I will not be able to provide these services during the lockdown. I will only be providing contactless services.

Payments

All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit which is required to book. The remainder of the balance can be paid via bank transfer only to avoid the handling of cash to prevent COVID-19 transmission.

Cancelations

• If you need to reschedule your appointment there is a £5 fee
• Cancellations result in the loss of your 50% deposit
• If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to severely poor weather conditions such as lightening or a storm you will not be charged the £5 rescheduling fee

Colouring service

Email or DM me a picture of the colour you'd like and I will give you an accurate price

I will be putting out prices for colouring wigs and bundles soon

Express colouring services are also available for an extra charge.

When purchasing hair be aware of the lace colour you are buying. vendors offer transparent, light brown, medium brown and dark brown lace. Select the right one for your skin tone. If you are unsure DM me and I'm always happy to help.

Hair Preparation

Wash and condition your hair prior to your appointment

I recommend adding a leave in conditioner the night before to soften hair and restore moisture after washing

Please ensure your hair is dry for your appointment.

I work with all hair types however there is a £10 extra charge for Euro-asian straight hair and mixed-race hair textures on all services.
